What parents and schools ask most
What happens if we do not pay?
Nothing happens to the student. Registration is fully voluntary but once registered payment is needed weekly to keep studying with the AI teacher. No payment one week simply means the student cannot sign in to his/her account for that week — no chasing by ChatClass. Teachers and classmates never see who has paid so no shame or stigma attached for missing the odd payment.
What does the school pay?
Nothing — no setup, training or annual fee. AI teacher, lesson plans, gradebooks and audit packets are free. Teachers and parents do not pay a weekly fee, and the welfare fund still grows.
Do teachers and parents pay?
No. Only students pay the weekly fee. Teachers, parents and school directors use ChatClass free.
What can schools do with the 5 THB rebate?
It enters the school welfare fund under local rules — usually language-lab gear, tablets, headsets, Wi-Fi, or interactive boards.
Can non-government-school students join?
Yes. ChatClass does not exclude private-school or higher-income families — more support means more welfare fund and scholarships.
Can we try before paying?
Yes — teachers and schools use ChatClass free, with no card and no contract. One teacher can start with one class immediately.
Where is student data stored?
On servers we operate under PDPA. Only the class teacher, that student’s parents, and school admins can access it.
